Right of Withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact details below) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

 

You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

 

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

 

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.

 

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

 

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

 

 

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

 

Delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or

 

Goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. custom-made products or personalized jewelry).
