1. How can I pay?
In our shop, you can choose from the following secure payment options:
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

Prepayment via bank transfer
All payments are securely processed via our certified partner Mollie.
2. Where do you deliver and what are the shipping costs?
We currently ship to:
Germany: €5.50
EU (e.g. Belgium, France, Denmark): €9.90
Switzerland: €12.90
United Kingdom (UK): €14.90
Free shipping is not available at this time.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–7 working days after payment is received. International deliveries may take longer, depending on the country and carrier.
4. Can I pick up my order or pay in cash?
No. Local pickup or cash payment is not possible. We offer shipping only.
5. How does the right of withdrawal work?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Full details and a withdrawal form can be found on our Cancellation Policy page.
6. Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
Yes – we create handmade jewelry and also offer custom-made pieces. Please note: Custom orders are non-returnable.
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
